Submit A Lesson Plan

    Teachers are welcome to develop a lesson plan individually or as part of a team. In order to successfully complete the application, teachers must respond to the questions below and upload a completed lesson plan on the approved Catholic Schools Foundation template. Please note that every team member is responsible for uploading a copy of the lesson plan.
